Every price, in one place, with the price basis stated clearly. No hidden extras, and no payment needed to request a booking.
How our prices work
The most common confusion with Merzouga quad prices is whether a price is per person or per vehicle. We make it simple and always say it next to the price:
- Quad tours: per quad. Two people can share one quad (driver + passenger) and pay for one quad.
- Buggy tours: per buggy. Our buggies are 2-seaters, so two people share one price.
- Desert packages: per person, because each guest has their own place in the camp, dinner and breakfast.
All prices are for private excursions — your guide rides only with your group. Prices are for private excursions. If only one quad goes out with a guide, a small single supplement may apply. The exact price within each range is confirmed when you book.

Price examples by group
Because quad and buggy prices are per vehicle, the total depends on how your group shares the vehicles. Here is how it usually works for common Merzouga quad bookings:
- Solo traveller: one quad. You pay for one quad.
- Couple: two quads (each person drives), one shared quad (the most economical option), or one buggy side by side for the most comfort.
- Family with a young child: one buggy with the child as passenger, or a parent driving a quad with the child behind, if age rules allow.
- Group of friends: one quad each, or a mix of quads and buggies. Everyone rides together behind the same guide.
- Overnight package: priced per person, whatever the vehicle arrangement.

What affects the price
Duration is the main factor: a 1-hour ride uses less fuel and less of the guide’s time than a full day. Vehicle matters too — buggies and quads are priced separately. Packages include accommodation and meals, so they are priced per person.
Sunrise and sunset rides are priced like rides of a similar length. Helmets and the guide are part of the tour; pickup is free from some hotels and charged from others, and anything extra is always agreed before you book.

Why are quad prices per quad and not per person?
Because the cost is the vehicle, the fuel and the guide. If two people share one quad or buggy, they share one price.
Are there any hidden extras?
No. Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Tips are always optional.
Can I pay in euros?
Accepted payment methods: Cash (MAD or EUR) on the day.

The prices shown on this page are the ones we apply. If anything changes, this page is updated first.
Is there a group discount?
For larger groups, ask us on WhatsApp with the number of riders and we will send a clear quote.
