1. The company
Experiences are provided by Mouhou Tours, trading as Merzouga Quad, Merzouga village, Merzouga, Morocco.
2. Booking
A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date, time, experience and price in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail) and you accept. Requests sent through the website are not confirmed bookings until then.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our prices page with their basis (per quad, per buggy or per person). Payment methods: Cash (MAD or EUR) on the day. Deposit: A deposit may be required in some cases; we always tell you before you confirm.
4. Cancellation and changes
See our cancellation policy. If strong wind or a sandstorm makes riding unsafe, we reschedule or cancel without charge.
5. Rider requirements and responsibilities
- Riders must meet the age and licence requirements stated when booking.
- Riders must declare relevant health conditions and their riding experience honestly.
- Helmets must be worn at all times; the guide’s instructions must be followed.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden.
- The guide may stop or shorten a ride, or refuse a rider, if safety requires it.
6. Insurance and liability
Riding a quad or buggy involves inherent risks. Guests take part at their own risk within the limits allowed by law, and are advised to hold personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
7. Photos
Guides may take photos during the ride for you. We only use photos of guests on our website or social media with their permission.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
