What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through our booking form, contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp: your name, e-mail address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of people, hotel name and any message you write.
Our website does not use advertising cookies. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. Our booking and contact forms use a technical session cookie to protect against spam; it is deleted when you close your browser.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the map on our meeting-point page loads from Google Maps only if you click “Show map”. These services may receive your IP address.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and organise your booking.
- To send you practical information about your ride (time, meeting point, changes).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, and delete messages we no longer need.
Who we share it with
Only with the people involved in your experience (for example a partner desert camp if you book a package), and with service providers that help us operate — such as our e-mail host and WhatsApp (Meta). We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@merzougaquad.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
