If you cancel
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
Please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by e-mail, even if it is short notice — it allows us to offer the time to other guests.
If you want to change your booking
We are happy to move your ride to another time or day, subject to availability. Just message us.
If the weather makes riding unsafe
If strong wind or a sandstorm makes riding unsafe, we reschedule or cancel without charge.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot provide your experience for any reason within our control, we offer another time or a full refund of anything you have paid.
Packages with a night in the desert
Packages including a desert camp may have specific conditions because accommodation is reserved for you. Any such conditions are stated in writing before you confirm.
Deposits and refunds
Deposit: A deposit may be required in some cases; we always tell you before you confirm. Refunds, where due, are made using the original payment method.
